Free FedEx Ground Shipping Policy
For our customers who order a total of $49.99 or more, Ground shipping is FREE for the entire order! CoffeeIcon.com uses an advanced system that communicates directly with FedEx to provide you with real time shipping cost. This insures that you are not paying too much for your shipment. Your shipping cost will be provided after you enter your "ship to" information.
CoffeeIcon.com reserves the right to require additional shipping in the case where the electronically generated estimate is exceedingly under actual shipping cost to the address provided.
We ship all of our online orders through FedEx (Federal Express) and United States Postal Service (USPS). Most orders placed by 2:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time) Monday through Friday (Depending on product in stock and special orders), will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:30 pm or on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. Fresh Roasted Coffee orders ("Roast Your Coffee") will always be roasted the same day it is shipped to ensure freshness.
FedEx Ground Shipments
The term "Ground Shipments" refers to the shipping methods of "FedEx Ground Home Delivery" & "FedEx Ground Commercial Delivery". These shipping methods can take anywhere from 1 to 7 business days to arrive at their final destination. Please refer to the Illustrated map to get an estimated time of arrival.
FedEx Express Shipments
Customers who upgrade their shipping method to an expedited method (Overnight Express, 2 Day Express, Or 3 Day Express at regular cost) will receive SAME DAY SHIPPING on orders placed before 1:00pm CST on normal business days (Unless we are out of stock on product or its a special item order). FedEx does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays to Commercial locations and are not considered transit days. Please contact Customer Service at (800) 795-1201 if you wish to upgrade to these expedited services.
We do not ship outside of the 48 United States.
We are not responsible for orders delivered late due to local weather exceptions and other extreme occurrences such as an act of God and will not refund shipping cost.
Tracking Your Order
At the time your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to the e-mail address that was provided at the point of checkout. You may track the status of your order at any time by clicking on the link you receive. If the tracking information shows your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We are unable to file a claim or open an investigation after 30 days from the point of shipping.
Inspect each package thoroughly before signing for your delivery. Refuse packages that have visible damage to them. It is critical that you inspect your shipment for any damages after you receive your delivery. Verify that all products ordered are accounted for and are free from damage within 48 hours from the point of delivery.
Errors or Damaged Products
If any shipping damage, fulfillment errors are discovered after receiving your order, please contact CoffeeIcon within 48 hours. Keep the original box and packaging. You must then notify CoffeeIcon within 48 hours of the delivery. CoffeeIcon will then notify the carrier and arrange for an inspection and pickup of damaged merchandise if needed. CoffeeIcon cannot be held responsible for errors with the order after 48 hours of delivery. Customer bears all risks associated with merchandise after receipt thereof, including those associated with merchandise returned to CoffeeIcon.com until we receive it back. If we have made an error on your purchase we will arrange for a replacement, or arrange for the item to be returned at our expense.
