Any product returned for refund must be in its original condition and in original manufacturers packaging.
Any products returned to CoffeeIcon must be received within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Please submit the original order number and reason for the return. CoffeeIcon will inspect and process any and all refunds to the payment method used at time of purchase within seven business days from CoffeeIcon receiving the return. Please note that it can be an additional three or four business days for the refund to reflect on your personal account.
Coffeeicon is not responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Beverages are not eligible for exchange.

Return of Open Product Policy:
Because of the vast differences in opinions of coffees, teas or hot cocoas, CoffeeIcon makes no guarantees that your selection will appeal to you. Because this is a consumable product, under no circumstances will CoffeeIcon be able to exchange or refund any opened or partially consumed product.
Return of Coffee or Tea Machines & Equipment:
CoffeeIcon.com will accept returns on Coffee Brewers within 30 days of the purchase date and will issue a refund if the equipment has not been used. Once you have used the equipment, it is not returnable. If you are returning Coffee merchandise, it must be properly packaged to prevent any damage in shipping back to us. CoffeeIcon.com recommends insuring any merchandise returned and using FedEx as the carrier. It is the customers responsibility to return merchandise in the condition it was received. All Refunds will be credited back to the Paypal account or credit/debit card used at time of purchase, no cash refunds. Once used, your equipment is fully covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Equipment under warranty will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
